UC Call Transcription – Office 365

Voicemail transcription can be enabled for users (there  may be a small additional charge).  This will include  a transcript of the call, as well as the .wav file in the notification email.

If call recording is enabled, a recording of a call can be downloaded.  To create a transcript using Office 365

1. Open Microsoft Word
2. from the Home menu tab, select Dictate, and then the Transcribe Option
3. Select the language, and upload the audio file you would like to transcribe.  The transcription will then start.
4. The output can then be viewed, and added to the document
