ConnectUC Mobile – Audio Troubleshooting

ConnectUC Mobile has some setting to optimise call quality and the ability to roam between wifi and mobile data.

  • From the user icon in the top left, select Preference -> Calling
  • The options RTP Priority and Network Switching Strategy will determine audio performance and the ability to roam on a call between mobile data and wifi.

  • For best results use the green setting below.
