Connect UC – Call Transcription and Summary

The ConnectUC app can create a transcription and summary of any recorded call.   Call recording is an optional feature.  Contact sales for information. 

  1. Ensure that call recording is enabled for your user
  2. Login using either ConnectUC desktop or mobile app.  (This feature may not be available in the Android app until mid-August)
  3. In the “Calls” tab, recorded calls have the “Wave’ symbol.  Click on a recorded call.
  5. You have the option to generate a transcription, or a summary.  (A transcription is created first, and then the summary).  The transcription and summary can be copied.
